I've been a repeated customer since 2013. I've always been pleased with the goods and service provided by Acha. The French representive, Por, is a very professional and friendly lady. It's always a pleasure to deal with her.

Love the new website. It's much easier to navigate than the previous one. You guys should keep doing exactly what you're doing, you are close to perfection!

Guten Tag, Gerne würden wir eigene Motive auf einigen Produkten anfertigen lassen. Bei einer Anfrage erhielten wir die Mitteilung, dass dies leider nicht möglich ist. Wir würden es begrüssen, wenn wir bei einigen Produkten ein eigenes Logo/Bilddesigen anfertigen lassen könnten, Wir würden auch einen Mehrpreis in Kauf nehmen. English, It's a good services but I would improve about to help with reduced invoice to avoid customs fees, I mean Reduced invoices even in a 90% would be easier and nice make more order Spanish Dais un buen servicio pero mejoraría ayudando a reducir más los costes de aduanas, incluso reduciendo las facturas al 90% sería mejor para hacer más pedidos

English, I always get confused when I need to search same product E.g. 14g Barbel 1,6mm and apeears three differents models ( 4mm,5mm,6mm ball size) these three choices apeears in different places. I would prefer that appears in the same menu. Spanish. Siempre me confundo al buscarpor ejemplo un barbell 1,6 14g y aparecen tres modelos distintos ( tamaño bola 4mm.5mm.6mm) en diferentes sitios, preferiria que aparecieran esa opción en el mismo modelo.
