id like to see a wider variety of Pre-Streilized jewelry available. as i operate out of a shop where we dont Use an Autoclave and everything is disposable, it would be great for my customers to have more varieties to choose from!

Didi always listens to my concerns and answers my queries quickly and professionally. Some times items are missing or incorrect but this is always resolved with replacements or store credit. The service is brilliant

When you sometimes add an item to the basket it can then have been removed when you go to the checkout process. I guess this is because the item is unavailable, but it is a bit confusing that the item can be added to the basket in the first place, but then doesn't show on the invoice when the checkout goes through. If something is out of stock it would be easier to not be able to add it to the basket in the first place
